The Hospice & Palliative
Care Foundation

The Hospice & Palliative Care Foundation (“HPCF”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that funds and manages Camp Hands of Hope. HPCF was established in 2000 with a mission to provide assistance to individuals who are challenged by end of life issues. Assistance from HPCF may include: financial help to those who are unable to pay for expenses not covered by insurance, memory making and legacy building initiatives, technological support for pediatric patients, and other needed resources. HPCF is active in educating the public on the needs and care of hospice and palliative care patients, providing support and assistance to bereaved and grieving family members through bereavement camps, and supplying educational materials to individuals and groups.
