Camp Hands of Hope is a program of the Hospice & Palliative Care Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created to enhance the quality of life for hospice and palliative care patients, and to offer assistance and resources to individuals and families challenged by end of life issues. Our hope is to continue providing this critical need for families that are hurting and would benefit from our help. Contributions make these camps possible for familes all across South Carolina, and the experiences and coping skills they offer can last a lifetime. All donations to the Hospice & Palliative Care Foundation are tax deductible and directly support patients and families who have been impacted by a life limiting illness.
