The Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation

The Hospice & Palliative Care Foundation (HPCF) is the nonprofit organization that funds and manages Camp Hands of Hope. HPCF was established in the year 2000 with a mission to provide assistance to individuals who are challenged by end of life issues. Assistance from the foundation may include: financial help to those who are unable to pay for expenses not covered by insurance, memory making and legacy building initiatives, technological support for pediatric patients and other needed resources. The Foundation is active in educating the public on the needs and care of hospice and palliative care patients and provides support and assistance to bereaved and grieving family members through funding bereavement camps, and educational materials provided to individuals and groups.
