Thank you for your interest in Camp Hands of Hope, a program under the Hospice & Palliative Care Foundation. Due to an overwhelming response to camp, we have already closed regular camper registration. Occasionally we have families that have plans change last minute. When spaces open up we fill those spots with waitlist families.If you would like to be added to this list please use the link below to complete the questionnaire.
